Founder & Software Engineer – EngineeringI studied Computer Science at Clare College, Cambridge, then went on to be build out Sysdea, a simulation SaaS focused on making simulation easier to learn, for which I won the Geoff Coyle Medal from the System Dynamics Society. I then went through the early startup growth phase with Simudyne, tackling large-scale Agent-Based Modeling, taking their engineering team from 2 to 12 and from a proof of concept to selling into multiple enterprises. I founded Silico with John in the Summer of 2019, and have been happily busy ever since.
I'm really keen on always learning more about programming, to use the right tool for the job, and often find myself as 'full-stack polyglot'. I'm equally keen on the human side of software teams, and taking the time to make sure we all stay happy doing the thing we love.
When I'm not programming, I'm likely walking or sailing.
